Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Valhalla
These are truly unique genetics, and may only be available once. The Love breeding phenotype of AC/DC used as the mother of this cross was cut at 50 days, and tested to have 25% CBD, 1%THC! This is one of the highest known levels of CBD in any flower available. She finished in 47-49 days, and tasted of astringent citrus, spice and herbs, not unlike chartreuse. We hit her with our stretchy, masculine musk and hash-berry smelling Sky Dragon (Ice Dragon x Sir Dragon, a PDK) male in hopes of creating offspring with a high total cannabinoid profile, but a 1:1 ratio of THC:CBD. Test grows this summer confirm our suspicions: Valhalla is the strongest, most peculiar medicine Sage, Love Genetics' head breeder, has ever smoked (so far). This strain MUST get out to patients! Offspring have the potential to test out at 13% CBD, 13% THC, or more, but WILL vary. The Sky Dragon dominant phenotype tested out at 10% CBD, 8% THC. Tests show a fairly set flowering time of 63-79 days. Valhalla takes an assured hand at gardening to coax her to her potential, and is not recommended for beginning cultivators.
