Seeds breeding team needed something really special to pair with their famous Birthday Cake clone （Bubblegum Kush x Vishnu Kush）, sourced from California's Bay Area and which delivers high yields of very resinous buds with a flavour profile of vanilla cake and sweet citrus fruit. After a long search, a very special phenotype of Banana Pudding F2 was selected for the job, a cultivar with a large frame and a strong, sturdy structure with good iternode spacing, great resistance to powdery mildew and a strong banana candy flavour. This clone was then reversed to pollinate Birthday Cake, resulting in this new feminised variety, Vanilla Sundae.
