This is a line that I’ve wanted to make for a long, long time, but had to wait until the stars aligned to receive the AJ Sour Diesel cut. Here’s a bit of background on the project, followed by a write up on the F4 for release. I had reached out to AJ back in 2017 to feel out his interest in collaborating on a project but (as with most photoperiod breeders that I reached out to back then) my messages were left on read, most likely dismissed due to the lingering stigma of poor quality autoflowers. Fast forward to 2019. I found myself on a flight to San Francisco for the sole purpose of trading auto beans for clones with some of the most reputable names in the Bay Area. I showed up with what they had requested in trade and they showed up with about 30% of what they were supposed to bring, assuring me they’d get the rest to me down the road.
