Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Whitechapel
Introducing Whitechapel, the first drop for 2024 from Silberhaze Genetics, destined to captivate cannabis enthusiasts with its exceptional genetics and irresistible effects. Born from the union of the iconic White Widow and the powerful hybrid, The Church, Whitechapel is a perfectly balanced Sativa/Indica hybrid that will undoubtedly make you a believer in the artistry of cannabis breeding. This achievement owes its existence to the preceding contributions of Shantibaba, Nevil Schoenmakers, Arjan Roskam, the pioneering Dutch Breeders, and the rich lineage of landraces. Our gratitude is given to these monumental figures upon whose legacy we build. White Widow, a renowned hybrid, derived from a cross between a Brazilian sativa landrace and a resin-rich South Indian indica paired with The Church, a masterful blend of Super Skunk, Northern Lights, and the rare Swiss Sativa hybrid "Erdbeer" (German for Strawberry); Whitechapel offers a symphony of flavors and effects. Whitechapel's effects are a harmonious blend of sociability, motivation, upliftment, and relaxation, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a well-rounded and enjoyable cannabis experience.
