Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Zenberry

Roadkill skunk and green apples dipped in diesel and pine berries coated in gas runs around 29% THC. Most phenos lean Strawberry Diesel and Platinum OG. It gets its bag appeal from the Platinum in it, the strong medicinal qualities from the Chemdogs in it and is a joy to grow like the Strawberry Diesel. This strain was created by Justin of PSGx. Tdawg420 out of Berthoud Colorado bred the CB4D aka Chemberry 4D in Colorado and Justin did the 100 seed pheno find in Los Angeles and selected a male to pollinate a Platinum OG clone from Los Angeles in 2012. Then Zenberry was born
